📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to identify and secure potential tender opportunities.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive tender documents, including technical specifications, pricing, and project proposals.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure tender submissions meet all technical and financial requirements.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Monitor and analyze tender performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in tender and bidding processes.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on tender activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender and bidding processes, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction tendering procedures and legal requirements.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and willingness to travel.
