📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer premises to collect outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support
• Document all collection activities and transactions accurately using Infomedia Nusantara's collection management system
• Provide regular reports and updates to the collections team on the status of outstanding payments
• Resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the collection process, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Adhere to Infomedia Nusantara's policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security
• Work collaboratively with the collections team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in collections and customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field
• Proven track record of successful collections and customer relationship management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with Infomedia Nusantara's collection management system or similar software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent travel to customer premises
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
