📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, including site supervisors, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and manage resources to optimize cost efficiency and profitability.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or issues.
• Utilize project management software such as Procore or Primavera to track project progress, manage schedules, and generate reports.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to continuously improve operational processes and project outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects in a similar capacity.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM 360 is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
