📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules using tools like SAP and Route4Me.
• Monitor and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues promptly.
• Track and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the operations team to streamline logistics processes.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in logistics and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and operations, preferably in a delivery coordination role.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Route4Me, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
