📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Monitor and review legal and regulatory developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with policies and procedures.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to employees and management on compliance-related matters.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies to address compliance issues.
• Ensure that all business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on compliance and ethical conduct.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal compliance, preferably in a technology or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in legal compliance or a related field is a plus.
