📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage large-scale manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled operators, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring that we meet our production targets and maintain high levels of quality.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Work closely with the production planning team to ensure that our operations are aligned with our company's strategic goals.
• Monitor and analyze production data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing large-scale manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in using manufacturing software, such as SAP, ERP, or MES systems.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or a related field is a plus.
