📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage a team of shop assistants, providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote sales and special offers to customers, driving revenue growth.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Proven track record of customer service excellence.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail regulations and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
