Salon Zahra Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and professional Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the Lead Front Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a positive guest experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly attitude.,Handle inquiries, reservations, and check-ins/check-outs efficiently.,Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling and coordinating with staff.,Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.,Provide information and assistance to patients, visitors, and staff as needed.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.,Assist in managing the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.,Handle any emergencies or urgent situations at the front desk with professionalism and care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist or customer service roles in a healthcare or hospitality setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems and software for front desk operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.,Knowledge of healthcare industry and regulations is a plus.
