📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks,Install, configure, and update software applications,Provide technical support to employees,Monitor and optimize system performance,Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies,Train and support other employees on IT-related issues

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar,Good problem-solving and communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
