📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational plans to ensure smooth business functions.
• Support the implementation of quality control measures to maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and operations, with a strong background in HR management and operational excellence.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
