📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including production, quality control, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the company's management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using financial and analytical tools, such as Excel and other business software.
