📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Team Leader in managing and leading a team of employees.

Ensure that the team meets its goals and objectives.

Maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Coordinate and schedule team meetings and tasks.

Provide feedback and support to team members.

Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to the Team Leader.

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
