As an Accounting & Tax Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the financial close, preparing accurate financial statements, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with our finance team to provide insights and recommendations that support the company's growth and profitability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the monthly financial close process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax filings for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts and provide accurate financial reports to management.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights to support strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Provide financial support to project teams, including budget tracking and variance analysis.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax laws, and implement necessary adjustments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with a focus on property development or a related industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
