📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat guests, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.,Present food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and special occasions.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waiter or similar customer service role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.,Familiarity with basic food and beverage terminology.,Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift objects as needed.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
