📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
