This position is remote-friendly, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being part of our team in Canggu, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store budgets and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and track their effectiveness.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand's image and standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail is a plus.
