📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.,Schedule and manage appointments for the team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Handle front desk operations, including mail and package distribution.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.,Provide excellent customer service and support to all visitors and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and polite demeanor.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
