📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and performance.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Coordinate with management to address HR issues and concerns.,Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
