In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our area, ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the area, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.,Ensure that all staff are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service to our guests.,Monitor and report on area performance metrics, such as guest satisfaction scores and revenue.,Work closely with the hotel management team to ensure that the area is running in line with the hotel's overall strategy.,Handle any guest complaints or issues that arise, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the guest experience and increase revenue.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the area is kept clean and safe for guests.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve the area's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a focus on improving guest satisfaction and increasing revenue.,Familiarity with local regulations and laws, as well as health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.,Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
