📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules and ensure all employees are trained and motivated.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the restaurant.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culture and cuisine is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
