📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant setting is a plus.
