LAMANSUA Abadi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work environment that combines the best of both office and on-site experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock management and cost efficiency.,Prepare and present financial reports, including sales, expenses, and profit margins.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of food and service quality.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Proven track record of success in managing budgets and controlling expenses.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations is essential.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
