📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts or issues.,Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee benefits and compensation.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
