UNITY Corporindo is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Pontianak. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our company's fleet of vehicles. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs,Track and manage fuel consumption and costs,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations,Handle vehicle documentation and insurance,Assist in the procurement of new vehicles when necessary,Provide reports on fleet performance and suggest improvements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management,Strong understanding of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Valid driver's license and good driving record,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
