As a Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of Indonesian dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Our kitchen uses modern equipment like commercial stoves, ovens, and grills to ensure efficient and delicious meal preparation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indonesian dishes using traditional recipes and fresh ingredients.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Follow food cost management practices to ensure profitability.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of food supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Stay updated with culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve dish preparation.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring dishes are served promptly and to the satisfaction of our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 2 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and traditional recipes.
• Proficiency in using commercial kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
